Working Conditions
Water content of aggregate ≤3% Ambient temperature +5+55 Altitude ≤1000m Cold aggregate average density 1650kg/m3 Fuel calorific value ≥46055kj/kg Residual water content of mixture ≤0.3% Max. grain size of aggregate 40mm Sieving rate of 3mm-size aggregate ≤35% The output includes 5-10% all powders and asphalt. Aggregate should be in normal shape, free of porosity or water absorption. The output is subject to ambient environment and material parameters, within the range of ±10%. Max. dust content of aggregate 250mg/Nm3When SMA modified asphalt additive is adopted, the output of the equipment will be affected, i.e., decrease by about 10%, due to the prolonged mixing cycle and the rising temperature of finished asphalt mixture.
